This is a pure buy. Maybe even a collectible do to its styling and exclusiveness. I can bet that not many people are buying this to just keep in the closet, so if you keep it as a collectible, you are most likely the only one who has it for your entire region.
The color highlights are real nice and the detail is great. The double take some might give you when they realize those are not Converse’s… priceless. And yes I love the tread of this sneaker. Its just smooth all around.
They don’t have my size though… what’s up with that?

This is a super sale of a sneaker that I think is pretty cool. While I didnt see many people sporting it, I thought it was very original, especially with the real wood inserts. some people didn’t like that, but I thought it was a cool idea that really related to basketball. I think NIke considered Hurachi.. ha I can’t spell it… 2005 has wood in it… but I think the T-MAC’s do it at the same level as Nike did it.
Are thee collectibles? I don’t know. Now allot of sneaks have wood in them and it actually follows a design theme.
At any rate, you can’t hurt yourself by getting them at these prices. Black is also available.

I don’t know what you could possibly wear with this on your feet. Now usually your wearing (or not wearing) socks. But what do you wear when your sneakers are ghosts?
I personally think this is a great move for Pro-Keds aka Rocawear. Now Nike did the same thing (I don’t know if they did it first or not) with the Fantastic Four limited Edition pack (The Invisible Woman was represented by a see though sneaker) and that was great, but it was limited. That’s wonderful for the collectors and sneaker heads, but for the regular guy it was like ‘did those sneakers really exist?’.
I don’t know how comfortable they are, not have I tried them on. I wear socks but not very fashionable socks. Now I got to write something on my white socks or wear matching orange socks to go with my orange shirt… well, if you really want to make an impression, these are the sneakers to get.
I would go with having graffiti socks on, or maybe some Jordan socks with a stripe down the middle…
Check out the other color while your at it. You can’t beat the price.
