An Interesting Nike Sportwear Entry Page
[Yeezy gets featured on Nike sportwear Page]
If you head to the Nike Sportwear site for the first time, you ened up on this landing page. The landing page lets you choose your language and it also gives you a look at Nike’s future…. something that SneakerFreaker talks a little bit about (just a little bit lol)
Anyway, just thought I would let yall know. I personally think this has some meaning behind it. They choose this sneaker above thers for a reason. Makes me wonder whats next on Nike’s agenda for 2010+
Nike iD Air Max 2009+ has Arrived… but the sneakernets reaction is a blank stare
(why no one love me? me love you long time)
Cost of admission: $185 (yes it costs more)
The Air Max 2009+ (the most comfortable sneaker I have EVER worn beating out the Reebok DMX 10 as the most comfortable sneaker) has come to Nike iD and the sneaker blogs made sure their peoples knew about it.
But then there was a dead silence.
On Sale: Nike Men’s Eggplant Hyperdunk Basketball Shoe at Finishline
ON Finishline: $124.99 Few Sizes Left so click here
(and yes both the eggplant and the gold has been released… don’t see the gold online though)
LeBron Does An Interview With The Life Files… and yes, theLBJ VII sneakers were mentioned
(and this)
So the new LeBrons have released and the world tour begins. Now an interview with young upstart lifestyle web blog The.LIFE Files. What next? parnerships with Nike, Coke? And you see how he is talking about his brand, not him making deals directly with these company. Very interesting.

(best colorway so far… I swear lol)
I give LeBron credit for this. I was not feeling how he behaved at the end of the finals but he seems to have a good head on his shoulders and I guess that was just a slip in behavior for someone who likes to win (who doesn’t like to win? lol its what you do when you lose that makes you a champion… at least thatt’s what I tell the kids). I look forward to the next season.
That Lebron first Nike contract money…

Metalically Awesome… Nike Royal Mid
(why can’t I stop using that word awesome??? lol)
This si only for people who have enough style and just plain balls to wear (whether your a guy or a gal lol). I must agree with FreshnessMag that this sneaker looks like it somewhere between space age and retro.
Don’t tell me the retro /space age movement has ended just yet.
(also can be seen on HighSnob)
Yes you can get this this fall 2009. Haven’t see any prices or if it will be some sort of exclusive aka limited type of sneaker so just hope more news comes out when it releases.
What If? Sample Concept of Concepts x Nike SB Dunk Low – Yellow Lobster
(AWESOME… ok I really have to stop saying that…)
(could this possibly be the next Concept Lobster catch?)
Relax everybody. Don’t start planning on how you are going to stand on line for a pair of yellow sneakers (lol at the color choice but its still a hot sneaker). This is strictly a sample that was given to friends and family of Nike SB (according to Sneaker news.com) and there are only so many pairs of it made.
On Sale: Nike Men’s LunarGlide+ at Finishline
(it almost looks like a normal sneakers… for $99.99)
This sneaker is just freaking intriguing. I have always wondered if this “lunar” technology would actually come in a sneaker that would look good. I did not like the first lunar sneakers (although I did try it on and it was rather comfy) due to the fact that in any size about 10 (I am a size 12) looks like a boat.
Now look at it! This just looks like something that regualr people would wear who may not know of all the tech that goes behind it. In fact I have already seen this particular sneaker 2 times this week verses NO TIME for the lunar space boat of previous generations.
I think I would love to try a pair and in fact this is one of the sneakers on my top ten sneaker list that I am working on (and yes I am doing a list for shoes as well)
Details…
LeBron VII Mania Sweeps The Sneaker Web – More Than A Game
(wow… this may be the best LeBron ever to come out)
I am waiting to see what’s next and what people are saying about it… so I am gonna let things cool off for a minute before writing the wrap up. I have to say though, they really giving this sneaker a hollywood debut, that’s for sure. So far most of the colorways shown online look pretty good. Stay tunes tomorrow for a wrap up of the Lebron VII with all videos and colorways(so far) and OF COURSE what people are saying… and not saying… about the sneaker.
Until then!!!!
I Love ACG and Sneaker Freaker Did A Special On It
(I love me some ACG’s… ok, ok, not all of them lol)
Sneaker Freaker has a special on ACG, where the idea come from, and other such info that I am sure ACG fans would want to know.
I bought 2 Air Mowabbs myself (different colorways and yes I got the purple and dark brown one) and I have plenty of those Nike ACG boots.
Here is a quote from part one:
For gear that was designed solely for the outdoors, you’d think ACG would look suspiciously antisocial in the urban environment, but that’s never been the case. The consistent hallmark of all Nike shoe design is performance, but they also generally look good in any application and ACG just might be the pinnacle of this dual achievement. Lightweight sneakers for the outdoors that are versatile has been the ethos, but there is no doubting the freedom the designers have had to push the limit.
And now one from part two:
Sneaker Freaker: When an anniversary’s on there’s a tendency to bring out all the retro hits… it seems like you’re going to resist that temptation?
Stewart Horner:
We have resisted it as much as possible and tried to not do the obvious. ACG has always been about breaking away from the norm a little bit. Even in our own world we try and do things a
little bit differently to the bigger Nike brand. There will be some NSW releases of ACG, particularly the Magma and we are using the Mowabb for example, but more from a colour perspective. Overall though, you can still definitely see the vintage flavour in the new stuff.
Its a must read. And you have to see some of the kicks that they came up with. That flywire boot is no joke.

Just digging in those sneaker creates… November 2008
On Sale: Jordan Jeter Captain on Eastbay
(what can I say bout this other than to each his own)
This is one of those sneakers that is good looking (very good looking actually) on the field but on the street it may need a little more something something…
As of late, I see plenty of people coming from the baseball field and one of the sneakers I see on their feet is this (as well as others). I am sure if they came up with some more colorways for this sneaker, that this sneaker will make its way on the streets on massé. Because of this I will temporarily put this sneaker on the Save-A-Sneaker program, but I don’t think it will be on their for long.
Details from Eastbay:
Derek Jeter is known for his clutch plays in the field and on the plate. Dominate the game with the Jordan Jeter Captain, a superior training shoe inspired by Derek Jeter that allows athletes to take their game to the next level. Leather and synthetic leather upper includes an asymmetrical toe-cap for added protection against toe drag. Lateral window in the ankle area offers freedom of movement. Air® unit in the heel supplies maximum cushioning with minimal weight. Midsole flex grooves extend up the medial and lateral forefoot for added performance. Rubber sole includes expanded herringbone and nub traction for multi-surface workouts.
For 109.99 you can get these on your feet and on the field. I like how they have large sizes for those with lare feet (too bad Nike just doesn’t believe in having widths for sneakers that are popular).
Future Sole… So what did you vote for?
(so I guess you guys know what I voted for)
Austin J is a winner to me. Although I liked most of the entries that was submitted (I was wondering why there wasn’t more entries to the contest), but I liked the one Austin J the best.
Here are some others that I found interesting:
If you want to vote, then head over to Nike’s Future Sole website and start voting.
On Sale: Nike Dual-D Hoop on Eastbay
(and interesting find on Eastbay)
Just saw this while browsing for footwear. Sure its not one of the popular releases you will see on many sneaker sites, but it still looks interesting (especially the rear). Plenty of sizes avaiable and it cost is below 60 bucks.

(dual density H’uh?)
Details:
The Nike Dual-D Hoop is a versatile basketball shoe that performs on court and looks great off court. Combination of environmentally friendly leather, synthetic and mesh upper provides maximum sport and breathability. Full Phylon™ midsole with dual-density in the heel adds impact protection.
On Sale: Nike Air Flight Soarin on Eastbay
(looks alright for $61.99)
Details:
The Nike Air Flight Soarin’ is a comfortable and versatile basketball shoe for the player who wants value for on and off the court. Synthetic leathers and mesh upper adds support and breathability. Encapsulated Air-Sole® unit in the heel provides comfort and impact protection.
I am pretty sure the details will probably not help anyone buy this, but at least you know it has an encapsulated Air Sole heel unit.
Are These Fake? Nike Air Force 1 Low… with LIGHTS??? LMAO
(are they even TRYING anymore????)
Amazingly fake!!! I wasn’t even gonna post this but I was in the process of banning websites from adverting through my Google Ads account and out of all of them, this one really hit me as the most fake. Lights in the air bubble… FROM NIKE???? I thought the Air Jordan 25′s (yes… Air Jordan 25) that some of these fake sites are hawking for sale at 59.99 was the most outrageous thing they have, but clearly I was wrong.
So, what do you guys think… Are These Fakes? (anyone who says no gets 10 lashes… seriously guys, these are fakes)
New Nike Air Trainer I
(was that Bo Jackson in the video???)
Vid is just one of the videos posted on HighSnob’s YouTube channel. Details below:
Get a detailed look at the latest from Nike – the Nike Trainer 1. The Nike Trainer 1 looks back at the original Air Trainer and creates even more ways to give the athlete the ultimate training advantages. Dynamic and innovative, the Nike Trainer 1 was designed to provide todays athletes with lightweight comfort and support as they prepare for competition.
Its nice to see what went behind making the next generation kicks. Nothing like seeing a sneaker sliced in half to see how it is put together.
I tried to do that when I was younger… Mom did not approve lol
Hyperdunk NFW Looes The Hyper But Still Looks Great
This is one hyperdunk that seems to loose the flywire and replaces it with a casual canvas (at least that is what it looks like in the pictures). 4 colors will end up being available.
Too bad this is just a house of hoops exclusive. As seen on Foot Locker Blog
Wha If??? Foamposite Flightposite in Blue
(wow)

(from BP owner of NikeTalk)
(I would get these in a heart beat EASY!!! Nike make this happen PLEASE!)
The New Black Half Cent Penny’s Look S.I.C.K.!!!

HD Nike sneaker commercial featuring Jim Larer
(those sneakers at the end should look familiar… right?)
Video For NIKEiD Hyperdunks
(its nice to see a video of these sneakers)
I am a fan of the Hyperdunks, but not too into how they look. I am sure they play well though and do have a plan on getting them to play in and then I will see for myself, but as far as attractiveness they are just ok too me (except those Marty McFly Hyperdunks… AWESOME!!! Just shows wht a good colorway can do to a sneaker). Putting they Hyperdunk on NIKEiD (just in time for March Madness and April’s playoffs) for personal customization is a good idea. I will be taking advantage of it.

(the McFly is… fly)

(my own creation based off of what some guy was wearing in the subway)
(I call it Pink Diamonds by the way… really girly isn’t it?)
Nicekicks has a March Madness of sneakers votes on its website, so give that a look too. I will be posting what I voted for and how LAME everyone who vaoted against me is at a later time lol
WOULD YOU LIKE TO WIN A PAIR OF NIKE iD Pink Diamonds?
(makes a nice wallpaper, don’t it?)
Thinking I may have a contest on my little ole blog and the winner gets a pair of NIKEiD Hyperdunks in this colorway. Now of course you can make this colorway yourself, but why do that when you could possibly win one for free? And yes, the contest, if I do it, will be open to girls and boys (18 and over unless your parents will pick up the sneaker… US residents only)
Checking Out More Of BP Photoshop Showcase
(as seen on NikeTalk called Sponcers)
This stuff is really nice. I think I am going to keep coming back to see what gets added by him and other NikeTalk members. I personally think Nike needs to hire him as a colorway consultant (does that position even exist… if it don’t, it should) or something cause I have already seen colorways that would have literally SAVED sneaker lines on this forum thread.
By the way, can you spot the colorway reflection of these sneakers? The Windows LeBron I the more obvious one especially with the windows logo on the side, but what of the others?
PS
That pink one looks pretty cool. Lebron, if your see this blog (lol why would he be visiting my lowly blog???) if you make this colorway I will buy it and wear them with a pink hat and leather jacket… and no I am not a girl and no I don’t like wearing pink lol
Nike ACG + Mowabb = I Want These So Bad
(as seen on Kicks on Fire.com)
I was supposed to slow down in my sneaker purchases this year, but how do I do this with the 1/2 Cents coming out, the possibility of a tribute AJ12 “Flu”, and the possible release of the Space Jam AJ11. Plus there are so many other brands of sneakers brings some sort of heat this year, how do I stay away from them?
And now this? My wallet can’t take much more of this. The retro movement continues…
