Shape-Changing Shoe Design Grows as Your Feet Grow

(why not have a shoe tht shape changes??? lol)

I Have Such a backlog in sneaker and shoe posts that its crazy! While browsing the net in search of some cool kicks to post about, I find these bad boys on Dornob.com

What is it called,  you ask? Inchworm.

Well This Is Really Nice: Hotel on Rivington x DC Shoes Admiral

Hotel on Rivington x DC Shoes Admiral

(because your feel deserve to look good)

I don’t know how they do it, but they have done it. Maybe its how the pictures were taken or something but I am pretty sure that this sneaker would look just as good in real life as it does in this picture.

What If??? Air Jordan 6 in Bordeaux Colorway

What If?? Air Jordan 6 Bordeaux

(oh if only is it were true… colorway by BP of NikeTalk)

On Sale: Nike Zoom LeBron VI Low at Eastbay

Celbrity Feet Lebron James Nike Zoom Lebron VI Low

(the internets likes… but maybe wearing your own MVP shirt was a bit much)

I am not a fan of the LBJ VI Lows but this particular colorway just makes the sneaker shine. I guess there is much to be said about a white/black with red colorway that just screams “buy me” and “wear me”.

Nike Zoom LeBron VI Low in Red

(^^^nice looking kicks… best colorway so far^^^)

As for LeBron walking around with the LBJ MVP t-shirt… I had no problem with it, but I can understand some comments made on Sneakernews post about it being “cheesy” that he was wearing his own MVP tee. Whatever… the outfit worked and I have to admit that the tee looks real nice. I like the RUN DMC reference too. Can’t go wrong with that.

LeBron VI Low in white(the white ones look pretty good too)

(but they sold out of them)

On sale for $89.99 of which isn’t a bad price. I don’t know if you can play in them like Kobe’s low tops, but its worth a shot lol

Super Sale: Air Jordan Fusion V Grey Nurse

AJ Fusion V Premiere

(back on sale if you want for $119.99 – no not 99.99 like the pic says)

One of the many AJF Fusion V’s released but it has a special meaning behind it. if you are into Jordan and  a military buff, you will like this Grey Nurse. Its not $99 dollars like the last time it was on sale, but its still a pretty big sale.

On Sale: Nike Dual-D Hoop on Eastbay

Nike Dual-D Hoop - Men's

(and interesting find on Eastbay)

Just saw this while browsing for footwear. Sure its not one of the popular releases you will see on many sneaker sites, but it still looks interesting (especially the rear). Plenty of sizes avaiable and it cost is below 60 bucks.

Nike Dual-D Hoop - Men's REAR

(dual density H’uh?)

Details:

The Nike Dual-D Hoop is a versatile basketball shoe that performs on court and looks great off court. Combination of environmentally friendly leather, synthetic and mesh upper provides maximum sport and breathability. Full Phylon™ midsole with dual-density in the heel adds impact protection.

Air Jordan Space Jam + Black Friday + QuickStrike = HypeBeasts

SPACE JAM - AJ 11

(why a quickstrike??? WHY?????)

I have NO IDEA why Brand Jordan and Nike has decided to make the Space Jam Air Jordan 11 a quickstrike (as some have reported) and I am not sure if it is a good idea or a bad one. It makes the release more coveted that’s for sure, but at the same time what will happen is that people who are just in it for the money will buy up the sneakers and then sell them online for some crazy profit. I don’t mind them making a few couple hundred off a pair, but several hundred to a thousand? No.

New Nike Air Force 1 Bespokes Are Freakin FRESH

New Nike Air Force 1 Bespokes

(looks like whoever made these is ready for the fall)

While I can not afford it right now, I would sure like to buy something from 21 Mercer Street. Have you ever been to a sneaker store that you had to make an appointment to get in? More info and pics at SneakerNews.com

They don’t say who made it, or the other ones on Sneakernews.com, but whoever did them has some good taste.

On Sale: A Few Of Last Years Air Jordan Count Down packs

Jordan Collezione 22 + 1 - Men'sGuess what ladies and gentalmen? Did you miss out on getting some of the countdown packs? Do you have all Air Jordans from 1 through 23? Well, here is your oppertunity to get a pair (or 4) of these sneakers.

Currently on Eastbay you can get the CDP 22 + 1 for $309.99. And yes these very same sneakers was on sale on Eastbay a whle ago for 199.99, but for whatever reason they are back on the site and at full price. The sizes they have are limited though.

They also have 2 other packs for your consumption. The AJ CDP 18 + 5 and the AJ CDP 21 + 2 are also on Eastbay BUT the size range is far smaller and only the AJ CDP 21 + 2 is on sale at a discount for $199.99

I am almost sure that these particular packs were not too popular and that is why they are still left over in stores and online (either that or they just made too many of them). So if you want them, go and get them.

Under Armour REALLY Wants to Get Into Basketball

Under Armour - bj-2

(not a bad look… this may work)

Under Armour Kool Bob Love Prototype - Outside

(there is just something I like about this sneaker)

It looks like Under Armour wants in on the basketball sneaker game. Under Armour is known for being the athletic sneaker that you wear for work outs. If you are serious about staying in shape, then you are wearing Under Armour (at least that is what they want you to believe). Nike used to be the forefront of exercise and staying in shape but lets fce it, allot of people wear the sneakers as a fashion statement then to actually work out in.

So anyway, in a nut shell, I guess Under Armour wants people who are serious about being the best in the game to want to wear their sneaker. I don’t expect fashion sneakers from them (just yet) but I am glad that their first entry into basketball actually looks good.

The only bad news for Under Armour’s prototype is that many people online have been saying that it looks too much like some other sneaker. Reeboks come up (Iverson), and the  LeBron Soldier also comes up a few times. I sort of see it, but I think the sneaker still holds is own as far as looks.

Hybrid Penny Half Cent Black and Green… And other sneakers including OG AJ6 Infrared

(SneekGeekz is a beast… but dude, where is the website?)

(like I should talk lol, still working on mine)

SneakGeekz has done it again. this time coming out with the video of not only the black and green half cent Penny’s, but also showing off the Hyperdunk Player Exclusives, the Air Jordan IV (6) Infrared – not the Varsity Red – and all 3 Air Yeezy’s. The video has some sound issues, but lets face it, your looking for pics of sneakers, not sound lol

Oh and he also gives a shout out to one of the places he shops for kicks so listen for that too.

On Sale: Nike Air Flight Soarin on Eastbay

Nike Sir Flight Soarin

(looks alright for $61.99)

Details:

The Nike Air Flight Soarin’ is a comfortable and versatile basketball shoe for the player who wants value for on and off the court. Synthetic leathers and mesh upper adds support and breathability. Encapsulated Air-Sole® unit in the heel provides comfort and impact protection.

I am pretty sure the details will probably not help anyone buy this, but at least you know it has an encapsulated Air Sole heel unit.

Just Release It Already: Nike Air 12 Cent – Black Silver

Nike Air 12 Cent - Black Silver

(I need this right now)

…And Speaking Of Fake Looking Sneakers: Air Jordan Force XIII – Holiday 2009 Release

Air Jordan Force XIII (AJF 13) Holiday 2009 Release

(I refuse to post the whole sneaker)

This has got to be the most OUTRAGEOUS release for the fusion family I have ever witnessed in my years of life. The mere posting of this picture on Sneakernews.com has blown up a usually quite  comment section. As of this moment its 98 posts…  And I am sure as this gets posted on many other sneaker blogs it will get  WAY crazier than what’s going on and Senakernews.

At any rate, if I could somehow tell Brand Jordan what to do next, I would most definaitly tell them NOT TO DO THIS. This needs… no, DEMANDS a redesign. Please someone tell them to make that change and look at the man in the mirror (should out to Micheal Jackson).

Nike Air Jordan Fushion 13 AF1

(look familiar???? they even spelled “fusion” wrong!!!)

(what the hell is a “fushion”???)

I have seen those sneakers up there on many fake sneaker sites for quite a while. Are fake sneaker sites telling us something that we should know? Future releases being sneaked out through fake makers? Unbelievable…. This is most certainly on my SAVE-A-SNEAKER list and I don’t think a new colorway will save them either. Total life support for this fusions.

The only positive comment… and its not that positive, its more of a “live with it” and move on type post. Drama…

Nicekicks has a post on these too315 comments is most certainly MORE than the usualy 30-50 comments they get over there. I can only imagine that they are… very strongly worded… lol

I need Jigga on this one…DOF Death of Fusions!!! Stop the Blood Cloth Crying…

As this makes its way around the interwebs, I will be sure as heck to follow it.

Are These Fake? Nike Air Force 1 Low… with LIGHTS??? LMAO

FAKEST sneakers I have EVER SEEN

(are they even TRYING anymore????)

Amazingly fake!!! I wasn’t even gonna post this but I was in the process of banning websites from adverting through my Google Ads account and out of all of them, this one really hit me as the most fake. Lights in the air bubble… FROM NIKE???? I thought the Air Jordan 25′s (yes…  Air Jordan 25) that some of these fake sites are hawking for sale at 59.99 was the most outrageous thing they have, but clearly I was wrong.

So, what do you guys think… Are These Fakes? (anyone who says no gets 10 lashes… seriously guys, these are fakes)

Heelarious… Because Babies Need Heels Too

Sadie - Heelarious Baby High Heels

(I am just not to sure about this one)

These are cute, but a baby in soft flexible high heels? I am not too sure about this one. I guess there will be times when its just the cutest thing you ever seen… while other ties its like dude, let the baby be a baby for crying out loud.

Nevertheless, the company is creating real buzz over the highly totally unfunctinal high heel baby booty. They hit the news curcuit like Nike got hit with a lawsuit (I’m sorry I just had to throw that in there)? The Today Show, MSNBC, CBS News… the list is quite impressive. and the shoes are pretty ok, so I guess I can’t complain too much.

So is it a good idea? Does it sort of sexualize the baby or does it just make the baby look darling and so cute?

Gatorade x Lots of Sneakers = Perfect Commercial

(yes the ladies look great… but THE SNEAKERS, look at the sneakers)

(I think I have a problem lol)

Straight from 2Dopeboyz.com

It’s been a while since I’ve seen anything from The Niceguys, so it’s nice to know that they’ll be dropping new music in the upcoming future. In the meanwhile, enjoy this Gatorade-sponsored event known as the Tipping Point in Houston.

I swear, you got to be everywhere now-a-days to see all the stuff that is coming out when it comes to sneakers. Its like if it aint a new video, its a new feature, sneaker line, technology or something. something is on sale somewhere, and there is always some new sneaker or shoe that is coming out that no one is paying attention to until it comes out… hiw do you keep upp with all this stuff? lol

WOW Nice Kicks! Nike Hyperize “Sidney Deane”

nike-hyperize-sidney-deane-white-men-cant-jump

(these are crazy nice)

I wasn’t too sure about the Hyperize sneaker. I knew it is a performance sneaker and it used FlyWire (the 21 Centry equivlant to the late 1980′s “its got air”) but other than being on the court with them, I saw no reason to buy (other than being a very unique person).

(yes I know it won’t play lol just click on it to see movie clip)

But this colorway (and the other colorway) makes me change my mind. (more…)

(and it got meaning too… look good and feel good)

Sneaker News:Dangling Sneakers and Shoes On A Fence = Economic Woes

Dangling shoes on fenceI, like most people in the US, have felt the sting of the current economicmess. Maybe not as bad as other people have had (like loosing their home or job) but nevertheless I too have felt some impact.

As I was browsing for news stories on sneakers or shoes, I came across this news story about the loss of funding for a charity that runs a shelter for domestic violence victims due to the tightening of funds for non-profits like these.

Linda Healy, the executive director of the shelter, says that the cut is so high, that they will be forced to close the shelter.

Here is a quote from the article:

Dozens of shoes dangle from a wrought-iron fence surrounding a 19th century mansion for battered women and children, which plans to close its doors on July 1.

The flip-flops, tiny pink baby sneakers and crutches are token reminders of those once served by the Mutual Ground Inc shelter, which last year housed 400 people but is now another victim of the crisis in U.S. social services amid a deep recession.

“If somebody dies, I’m not going to have it on my head,” said Linda Healy, executive director of the nonprofit agency that runs the shelter in Aurora, a Chicago suburb where domestic violence is the third-most reported crime.

It’s a different take on the idea of hanging your shoes on a phone wire or on a tree. It takes on a different meaning depending on where you go. Here, though, it represents the lives effected by the economic mess.

LIVESTRONG Nike Air Max 180 by champlooo702

Pretty nice looking photo. It would make a nice wallpaper for my desktop (you see I am obsessed with desktop customization AKA skinning… lets hope I can spread that obsession with the sneaker and shoe culture).

Rest assured that there is a small wallpaper size of this shot avaiable on Flickr. Oh and did you here about the Flickr2Twitter deal? Will TwitPic fall under the shear weight of FlickrTwitter?

Does this mean no more pics of La La’s and Solanges shoes? We will soon see.
