Wow, he has been off the radar for a while since what I will now call “the incident”. Now he comes out just a few days before his court date to do some charity work of some sort wearing the Half Cent Penny’s with a somewhat matching shorts. Is this a good look or is the media (and many bloggers) giving him a hard time?
(I think Lil’ Penny shed a tear today)
Well, his sneaker game is tight, I think we can agree on that.
(CLASSIC!!! lol watch the commercial… remember it)
(I think I had a pair of those for number 9)
(number 8, remeber that when posing for sneaker shots)
MC Hammer did a commercial??? The Patrick Ewing Collection????????? Avia Athletic shoes (I had a pair, pretty nice)??????????? Wiz Kids sneakers!!!! I am not making this up, you can see the commercial lol
True sneaker heads, if you have a collection, where are your Wiz Kids sneakers????
(when you look hard enough the love of sneaker and shoes is everywhere)
Sneakers can find its way into culture either in a nice unotiable way or on a full all out onslaught. And yes, so can shoes, so lets start to take a look at that shall we? Footwear in Culture, Saturdays only on Sneaker and Shoes lol
There is just something about this sneaker that brings back memories. Its a nice clean sneaker, that’s for sure and I do appreiceate the technology that was put into it at the time (of which was 1992).
Nike unleashed the Air Max ST, at the time, its most technologically advanced running model yet. The shoe featured a much larger Air sole unit in the heel than had ever been used on a Nike running shoe and also added an Air unit in the front of the shoe as well. The Air Max ST also incorporated Nike’s Footbridge technology to even further improve cushioning and comfort. Other nice features of the ST were the breathable leather/mesh upper and the addition of a Neoprene tongue
I am not too into what is proposed for July 2009, but maybe they will look better in real life than on pictures. I do also wonder just what else can you do to the Air Force Ones that hasn’t been done already? Mad colorways, styles, collabos, a materials later is the Air Force ONE still fresh or is it just hanging in there?
As for these future releases as seen on Sneakernews.com, I guess a couple of them work and the rest just don’t do it for me.
