A Future Possibility Wish – Air Jordan “Flu”: The Legendary Flu Game

Since MJ is planning on trying to release more retro packs based off of some history of his play including the 60+ points pack, it makes me wonder, why not release something based off of a game that shows just how hard he worked to get what he got… not to mention the risk he took playing with the flu… should be inspiring.

How many of us give up when we are hurting instead of playing (working) through the pain? Through the drama? It’s a judgment call for sure because he certainly put himself at risk of death playing at that level… but it should make all of us think; what makes a champion? What is the DNA of a winner?

You can not make this up. What makes you a champion? My personal belief, its not the wins that count, it’s all the times you fall (aka FAIL) and get up to try again. Jordan didn’t get to where he is because it came easy. An Air Jordan “Flu” would most certainly show what makes a champion.

Are These Fake? Air Jordan 2009 – White Red and Black

They look alright. Sort of a a Holy Grail Air Jordan 6 flavor but with more white…. but is it fake? Even if they are fake, I think the Jordan team would do well adobting some of that colorway. I think a white and red version of the Air Jordan 2009 (without the black or maybe less black) would look good.

FYI

Jordan may pull off the AJ2009 if he gets those colorways right and those materials on point. Let the patent leather go (maybe one pair can get it but the rest, please use something else) and go with rich leather or soft brush leather (like on the black and red AJ14’s).

Must Visit: High Heel Shoe Musuem

If you are into footwear in general (like I am) or specifically into woman fashion shoes, this is a place you need to bookmark. I am not even close to sure how I ended up finding this place (other than trying o look up Beyonce’s super high heel painful shoe that she can’t seriously wear anywhere other than a photoshoot), but I am glad I landed there.

They have a pretty big listing of normal to exotic shoes that you may want to see. It is also helpful that they tell you the maker and link to where you can get a pair (if they are still selling them).

And have you ever heard of a site called Shoetube??? lol Incredible. I don’t believe it. Oh and don’t forget to check out the featured shoes too. My only critizism of the site is that it needs to be more museum and show more art, descriptions, reviews and such. Make it a real experience online as oppossed to a links archive to where to buy the shoes and who made them (of course that is very important… but I still want more).

Why would you have a sub teen or pre-18 year old doing all that suductive looking stuff? crazy. Apparently Skechers has lost there got-damn minds… and speaking of Sketcher, I saw a commercial that has these girls sneakers in them and they look awefully ALLOT like Pastry’s Cookie sneaker… talk about stealing a look.

On Sale: Air Jordan Nelly Spiz’ike at Finishline

I you were wondering if you could get a pair of these (I don’twant them lol) then here is your chance. Finishline still has plenty of sizes left.

As for the soon to be holy grail (my prediction) of the fusion/monster series of sneakers, the Cool Grey has some sizes left also. So if you wear a size 11 then you are in luck.

I really wanted these but I told myself this year that I would lay low when it comes to my sneaker purchasing (I must have spent like 2000 on sneakers last year… and I am just getting into the game lol). Lets see if I hold true to this lol

This is Sneakers and Shoes!!! Here at Sneakers and Shoes, we love to write about those who want to be sneaker designers, the custom artists of sneaker and shoes, news on the companies that make the sneakers and shoes (as well as the stores that sell them). So if you love Nike, you will not only find out about their designs and sneaker releases, you will find info on what Nike is doing busines wise. If you love shopping at Dr Jays, you will find locations, store hours and if service is really good there… or not.

I will admit that I am a little opinionated when it comes to the design and functionality of footwear (mostly design) and while I’m new to the game, I still make some of my opinions known. You will find a rant or 2 about sneaker companies not making sneakers with widths for example or companies making it difficult for people with big feet to find their size.
