I heard news about this coming out but I never saw a date. A week or more ago while browsing Eastbay, I saw them (in the casual section no less… these are full blown basketball sneakers in the casual section lol) and was socked.
You know I actually based a building design in school off of this sneaker? That is how much I liked them. I loved the ovalsand the checkered look. Even though they look huge on my size 12 feet, I loved them. This, I repeat, this was the only original colorway that actually worked. Al the other colorways just plain sucked. Since Nike doesnt seem to be into the bright ass colors of last year as much, I don’t think they will try to release any other colorways.
I should get a pair just to have them even though they no longer have my size.

If you have a team color you will most likely find something you will like (and will match) in the League Pack. Now the question is would you (or better yet, the whole team) fork out 200 beans for the new age Air Force? Don’t get me wrong, I am soooooo waiting for a more affordable Air Force one with the new tech, but the price is killin me. I wanted the Charles Barkleys (the freshest sneaker of 2008… hmmm you know what, Im gonna make a list of the freshest sneakers and shoes for 08!!!) so badly but just could not afford the cost at the time. I love how they treat the sole and mid-sole.

First of all, what they hell is the color stealth? I keep seeing it and I assumed it was some off gre and silver like color, but if these sneaker include the color stealth, then I will just have to give up on what the color actually is…
Along with zest LOL cause MJ used that color name allot too.
Anyway, back the the sneaker. I like the colors SEPARATELY not together. I am totally in love with the clear gum sole. that right there is the best feature of the sneaker.
On Sneakerfiles, there is a love hate thing going on in the comment section of the AJ Fusion LS post. some can’t wait to rock them while others are trying to figure out who barfed this colorway up.
I have already passed judgment on them that they are ugly (and since this is obviously a fashion sneaker why is it so hard to match to?) BUT I might change my mind if I see them in person. I have already seen the christmas ones aka african flag in a different light when I originally panned the sneaker as bad so maybe this sneaker will look good in person too.
So what do you think? Is it a must have? Will it be great for the summer? or is it the worst fusion 12 colorway to come out?

Levis x Air Jordan 1 Collaboration Pack

Air Jordan is getting into the collaberation game much like other visionaties in the sneaker world. They teamed up with Levis (for what reason I do not know… could have been Phat Farm) to create what I really think is a super collecable.
Much like my opinion on the Titanium XX3 Air Jordan’s (not made to be worn but to be collected… and yes you can wear it too), these are to be presurved and stashed away for that special moment. I am sure some celeb will be wearing this somewhere “just chillin” but be sure in the knowledge that they have another set on ice in the master closet.

These are pretty plain AND I LOVE THEM!!! They are as cute as heck. I like the one with the bear but the other ones are just as good. Make one with a NYC pigeons on it (all white) and I am straight and good to go.
From what sneakerfiles has posted, it would seem that Puma sent them a special pair one for each of the owners of Solebox. You can see more shots of was was sent there.

WOW!!! I am looking around the net and reading my black gossip blogs looking for celebs and what they are wearing on their feet or what type of wheels they have and bam, I see this. I don’t understand crocs. I never bought one or even tried one on (I guess I should give them a shot). I don’t get the popularity of them. Heck, I don’t get why people (women actually) wear ballerina slipper like footwear in the middle of the winter… in the rain. So what do I know?
Anyhoo, he is wearing the original black crocs. He could have decided to wear the ones that looks like timbos or rain shoes, but that might have been too flashy. And the socks; does he get those for free?

Sneakerfiles has some great shots of the new line up for Greedy Genuis 08. The line up has a name to it (of which is pretty interesting to me) called Geo greedy. I like most of them but the best are the ones pictured above and the brown Nomads.
I am amused by the Apache Geo (it looks like the Air Jordan5) but it is like… it is too busy for me and too fake Jordan like.
Over all, I think Greedy will definatly be getting some of my sneaker budget this year.

I saw a commercial for the kids sneaker and I just had to make a post on it. A sneaker with balls on the bottom? lol I though it was going to be something like the popular Heelys and you would slide your way down the road with them. then I thought with all those “wheels” you would just crash somewhere.
Luckily the balls are not actual wheels. Oh and if you are wondering why Brand Jordan keeps making those sneakers that are especially for the kids, its because between Heelly, LA Gear (LOL), and Stride Rite kid lines, they are generating allot of dough with these kiddy sneaks. Every other day I see a kid wearing something from these companies. No wonder Toys R Us most profitable section is Babies R Us.

That is the fastest that I have seen a sneaker go that I really didn’t expect to go so fast. I mean, don’t get me wrong cause the sneaker looks good, but I really thought I would have time to get it in the morning… WRONG. Sold out online in a couple of hours and their were lines in front of the store and malls as they opened up.
Funny thing is that I didn’t see anybody wearing them yesterday. I usually see someone wearing them. Lets see what happens in a week. I should see them in the wild.
Eastbay is the place to watch though because they will sneak up on you and get some more and you better be there when it happens. Finishline is good for that too and its how I got my . So keep looking every day for the next 2 weeks as unsold (if that is possible0 sneakers get sent back or if Nike has another shipment coming (if scheduled).
These sneaker were suppossed to be limited. If I remembered that, I would have just bought them online and be done with it. Eastbay somehow sold out by 1am Saturday morning and then by 7am had some more (in most sizes) but I didn’t get it (d’oh!!!)

Why did this sneaker get sold out? One answer; Speculators (he same ones that effected the housing market). How do I figure this? Look at eBay and look at Sneakerfiles post on the sneaker release. For a special edition Jordan it only has about 33 posts. Jordan (and more specifically Air Jordan 23) usually gets more comments but not these.
I love me some Sneakerfiles. I swear if Nike could just datamine Sneakerfiles, The Shoe Game and Nickicks for research they would know exactly what color, looks and style their new sneakers should have.
I’m not a fan of that “fin” in the back but I’ll admit it is unique

I’m not too big of a fan of Reebok (not sure why really… the same for Fila), I really do like these. The huge Reebok symbol is a turn off BUT since the sneaker is so simple and the logo is also done well on the sneaker, it just comes off well over all.
This is the first time I have seen these and it would seem that they are an old style. I went back to Eastbay to find it and I had the hardest time, even though a few hours earlier they had 4 different styles and plenty of sizes.
If your looking for a pair but in black, take a look here. They don’t look as stunning but its still cool.

While the commercial for this sneaker (and some other stuff that Under Armour sells) came out during the most watched Super Bowl ever… 2nd most popular TV show ever… and I was impressed.

Looks like Bape is calming down the colors a tad. Kids in Highschool and Intermediate school are crying at this very moment… nevertheless, those who are in the 25-90 crowd who would like to chillax in the cut with their grown ass man (or grown ass women) look will enjoy these sneakers.
I for one, liked Bapes (even with the incredible colors) but these are just my style. I am more for the calm colors (I’m mad that I bought the “Do The Right Things” cause I wanted to wear them but I have nothing in my wardrobe that matches and refuse to buy bright ass yellow to go with it) and it will go well with what i already have.
Too bad Jordan is taking all my money this year cause maybe I would have bough this. Ok you guys, let me tell you this right now; I do not like the new design of the Lebron 5 (V). I am pretty sure it performs very well and is comfortable but it looks sort of lam-o. Nevertheless, this New York version (and the China Version too) looks really good. I guess when it comes to the design of this sneaker, it all depends on the material and colors used for the sneaker.
This New York Yankee sneaker really works well. Man, I wonder what people in Cleveland Ohio think about all this talk about New York. And I do wonder if the Nets do move to Brooklyn will Lebron come and join the team? 2011 is going to be a very interesting year.

Now the first shot is from Air Randy.com (how does he get this stuff first???) but the shot taken from sneakernews.com shows the sneaker in a different light I guess cause not only do they look better, but they actually look like the best colorway out for the Fusion 12.
The colorway has been released at Air Jordan Flight Club. If the sneaker looks more like the second shot then these sneaks are really worth it.

Jordan has don it again. while there are many detractors of this sneaker colorway on Sneakerfiles comment section (its sort of half and half), I say this looks really nice. I haven’t really seen a colorway that I actually liked as of year. I don’t like the black and white and I don’t like the white and black… and the other color set to release don’t sound too appealing either.
