Speaking of Air Jordan apparel, here is a first shot at them. It looks ok. Nothing that seems to notable about them. I wish I could get a closer look at the detail on the 23 symbol, but Eastbay isn’t too good with detail shots.

And look at this: (more…)

Air Jordan Countdown Pack: 10 + 13

Air Jordan 10 and 13 Countdown Pack Box – Sneakerfiles.com

Air Jordan Countdown Pack - From Air Randy

I am way late on this cause their have been announcements/blog posts on at least 3 of the countdown packs. I know I saw how much they will cost but I don’t see it now. I believe it was in the 300 range will be 310.

This is a must get for sneaker freaks but I’ll pass. I do not like the 10′s and as much as I like the 13, I am just not willing to spend 300 pus or minus for just one sneaker. If that darn number 23 wasn’t on the shadow 10′s then maybe I would consider buying it.

The box is real hot though. This is supposed to come out in January 19, 2008.

Air Jordan 23 aka XXIII aka The Last Ones aka No Glues… now this looks better

Remember These???

Air Jordan 23 - First Look
LMAO!!!!

Well, This Is What They Really Gonna Look Like

Air Jordan 23 White and Red from Air-Randy.com

(Many thanks to Sneakerfiles and Air-Randy.com for pictures)

 WAIT THERE IS MORE!!!

How in the world does Air-Randy get these wonderful toys? I think he is secretly Air Jordan himself selling his own shoes. How else does he get them 2 months before they come out??? LOL Anyway, I had doubts that the Last Air Jordan was going to look good. In fact I though it was going to be a very large flop that would have been almost as big as the Air Jordan 15 were.

But I was wrong. (more…)

Clear Converse Sneakers… was at Journeys but is gone now.

Clear Converse EXCLUSIVE to Journeys

It USED to be at Journeys but I guess they sold out cause I can’t find them.

I am not too into the clear see-throughs look mostly because I do not see me looking through my sneakers and looking at my feet/toes or socks.

BUT these are different. I don’t know why for sure but they are. Maybe its their low profile or something.  Somehow these sneakers has a new edge appeal… a sort of  East Village – slash – Williamsburg look. And with solid color socks these things really rock.

The comments on the sneaker on the site were mostly positive except for one or 2 stating that the sneakerwas pretty hot (hot as in uncomfortable as in “my feet are boiling in these sneakers”).

I forgot how much they wanted to charge for it (I actually took a look at the Journeys page a couple of weeks ago), but I am sure they cost more at eBay.

The Playoffs: Air Jordan Retro 8… oh and the AJ 15 Lasered too

Air Jordan Mens Retro 8 :: Finishline

Air Jordan Mens Retro 8… THE PLAYOFFS

Price: 139.99

Not allot of sizes left on Finishline

WOW it been a long time right guys? I know I should have posted more often but my time was soooo limited (and still is for another few days), but I couldn’t let this one slide.

I should have bought this. I really should have bought this. I knew about it coming out since early last month. Now they only have like 4 or 5 different sizes left and none of them are my size. I suspect that either today or sometime after Christmas that I will be seeing this sneaker all over the place if they can sell out before 2 o’clock.

On Sneakerfiles, they were talking about how sneaker stores and such were giving out reservations… RESERVATIONS!!!

OH AND BY THE WAY (more…)

On Autoblog: Michelin MXV4 driving shoes

 Michelin MXV4 Driving Shoes

Oh good lawd! Puma is looking at this and thinking “What’s next? DUB and TIS coming up with a line of sneakers and casual shoes?”

Well, Puma, it looks like more and more sneaker companies, car companies and now rim and tire companies see a market in making driving shoes. Heck, if I can start a blog that hi-lites what I think is cool in sneakers and car rims, then someone else can think to themselves that there is a market for drivers boots, sneakers and shoes.

Autoblog posted the press release for the new sneaker line. At prices of 75 to 150 they are obtainable. Plus, they do look good. They are on the grown AND sexy level albeit at the beginners level. I LOVE the tread idea and the overall design is cool as well. The post got 43 Comments for this subject. You just got to red some of those comments… funny.

On Sale: Puma – LEVITATION N

Puma Store Product – LEVITATION N

Puma - LEVITATION N

 Price: 77.oo (was 110.00)

This is pretty cool looking sneaker. Part of the motorsport section of the Puma Collection on sale online. I seen these a long time ago (is a month and a half a long time) and i should have gotten them then. These are very smooth and refined in my opinion. For me and my feet thought, when it comes to Puma I usually have to buy a size bigger.

Too bad cause the only sizes left are between 10 and 11. There is another color available but I think the brown ones are the best.

On Sale: Nike Women’s Glencoe Canvas Boot at Finishline

Finishline::Nike Women’s Glencoe Boot

Nike Women’s Glencoe Canvas Boot at Finishline

Price: 49.98 USD

Sizes 6.5 – 10 Left

Womens boots are on a roll this winter season (men too by the way). Nike (and Timberland… man I can’t wait to do my feature story on what Timberland is doing… I guess they are trying to get back some of the limited dollars that consumers spend on footwear… but back to the main topic) seems to be going all out in making fashion boots that may (or may not) have some actual function.

These sneaker-boot roll-downs look real comfortable. I have no idea how you would rock them ladies… maybe cause I aint a girl… but they look rockable.  There is another color available is you find this one not up to your color standards.

Super Sale: Nike Women’s Winter Hi 2 Boot on Finishline

Finishline::Nike Women’s Winter Hi 2 Boot

Nike Women’s Winter Hi 2 Boot at Finisline

Was 89.99 NOW 59.98

Sizes 6 – 12 Available Currently

Well the women who come to the site have told me that this is one of those hot boots from NIKE. I am beginning to see what they like in them. I can see this working well with many outfits I have been looking at to feature for my Fashion Fix 08 Christmas Edition (lol Christmas Edition??? Who comes up with this stuff???)

I am not sure about the other colors in this style. Black/Cerise/Myth is just too plain. The black is not dark enough and the red is not red enough. I just do not know where they Cerise is in this boot but I’ll bet its not Cerise enough.

The White/Ice blue/Silver is sort of in between when it comes to looks. For those who actually have winter with snow, these boots got the best look. They don’t have as much style as the ones pictured above, but they have that cool look and the colors work well with the fabrics that they use.

All boots are on sale at 60 USD and all of them have shearling lining with suede and leather (from the product description off of Finishline). I guess that should keep you warm.
