Man, everybody is getting into this hat business. As I browse what really good in sneakers, cars and fashion, I have come across the hat craze. Yeah, I guess its been around for more than a year now, but I didn’t really notice.
Here you have the fitted cap with the movable brim (flat brim of course). The brim can be put to the side, or go all the way to the back (180) or what ever (as you can see in the video LOL)

This has been a retro sneaker that so many people have been waiting for (except me). For the first time in 14 years, the Air Jordan 8 “Aquas” are now avaibale in stores and online.
The sneakers look pretty cool to be honest. I just prefer the white and red ones over these. Regardless of my feeling about them, they are the most talked about retro release this year.
Eastbay has kid sizes as well all the way to baby sizes and for the ladies (of which I think even men will wear… and I have seen a few do it):

This is one hot sneaker. its a classic and its the future. I can hang with this 2 ways – what I call urban casual and grown AND sexy.

Even though it costs like 90 bucks, it is a hot jersey to say the least. I usually don’t like reversibles because they never seem to be either one or the other, but I think this one pulls it off.

This is getting VERY serious
I haven’t worn a baseball hat in YEARS. I am more of a gatsby or a newsboy type of hat person. Maybe cause I’m a littler older… lets put it this way, I never (so far) have worn a baseball hat with a flat brim. When that fashion trend started is about the same time I had stopped wearing baseball caps.
Anyway, here is a new company who is going to try to give New Era (I always thought New Era was lame when it first came out… now look at them! lol) a run for the money.
While they are making baseball caps, they don’t represent ANY teams at this point, they are just hats with real style.

Personally, I think Pro-Keds is making some real moves. I may actually get a pair before the year ends (I need to start getting grown and sexy casual sneakers and footwear… I’m buying all these brash in your face sneakers… I need to sit down for a minute with that).

In the NYC area, these sneakers are pretty much sold out and its only been 3 days since they came out. They may have your size in the store or they may not. I should have tried a little harder to get them, now I have to order them online and spend a extra 12 bucks (and on top of that, wait for delivery).
When it comes to FinishLine, what I don’t get is why it will take 2 – 4 days to send this… no correction, 5 to 10 days to deliver. So basically I could get this thing in 2 weeks? LOL
Anyway, I saw this sneaker in real life today and I have to say it is a loud and yet handsome sneaker. Plus, it is easy to find stuff to wear with it. Anything white, blue… maybe some yellows, dark colors too. And those speckles… don’t worry about them. they are not as pronounced as you see in the pictures around the net.
As for the Kings County Spiz’ikes

You can still get these in stores. Not as popular as the “Do The Right thing” but its a good look. Its actually pretty easy to match these too. Plus there are plenty of cool t-shirts available to would go great with them. Get a pair of white shorts or black jeans (or some really dark grey or blue) and your good to go.

That Fitted Is Not Hot, Son: Official MLB Licensed Gang Wear Is Protested
Wow man… out of the 3 hats that I saw in some newspaper (this is where I first heard of this a few weeks ago), the hat pictured above seemed like the most normal. I would have never thought it would stand for the Latin Kings.
Now those other 2 hats (which I last saw on sale on Eastbay… I guess they didn’t pull them down yet) with the red bandanna look around the outside of one cap and blue on another looked very obvious to me… once it was pointed out that is.
If no one told me, I wouldn’t think too much of it.

Man, I am so mad at myself cause my sneaker budget is grown way out of preportion. I was supossed to have already bought the “Do The Right Thing” Spiz’ike, but now I am having second thoughts cause the Air Jordan 8s are coming out soon, I am thinking that I wan the Lebron Soldiers, I know I want the Air Jordan 11 Low.
And I know I’m getting these… 200 dollars (almost 20 more than the original cost… since when does a retro cost more than the original?). I wanted them when they fist came out, but I couldn’t afford them. Now they coming out in this fabulous colorway.

The ones I see sometime vary in style, for example the 3 running people would be bigger than what it shown in the image above and the NY is larger and elongated.

This colorway just came out. How do I know that? because I was on Finishline no more than a hour and half ago (or less) and this was not there. I am sure some people will think its a little dull. It isn’t the best colorway, but it is still a hot sneaker look. Its like some sort of chocolate with gold.
The official color is black, gold and crimson. No chocolate and no zest color either.
Finishline has 2 other colors available. I am not sure if the sneaker pictured above is exclusive to Finishline but its the first place I saw it. If you want more color choices, then go to Eastbay. They got more colors… but not all of them. Finishline seems to have control over the white gold as well as the black gold.
Also, I have to say that the 3 on Finishline is more adult like while the ones on Eastbay or more teenage aggressive, “look at me now” colors. Nothing wrong with that, its just about what you want.
